Goli vs Nature’s Truth apple cider vinegar gummies: the labels compared

Goli lists 500 mg of apple cider vinegar powder per gummy plus vitamin B12. Nature's Truth lists 500 mg per two gummies. Neither states acetic acid. Here are both labels.

Apple cider vinegar gummies are hard to compare with research, because the studies measured acetic acid and most labels do not. They are easier to compare with each other. This page puts two vegan vinegar gummies side by side: Goli’s and Nature’s Truth’s.

The page plan for this site named a different brand here. We switched to Nature’s Truth because its gummy label is in the NIH database and the other brand’s was not, and we will not compare a label we cannot source.

Where these numbers come from

The Goli column is from the Supplement Facts information on Goli’s own product page, read in October 2026. The Nature’s Truth column is from the label record for that product in the National Institutes of Health Dietary Supplement Label Database, entered in March 2024. Manufacturers change formulas, so check the bottle in your hand before relying on either column.

Gummy Verdict earns a commission if you buy Goli through our links and nothing from Nature’s Truth. That is a reason to be careful, so this page compares what is printed on the two labels and does not name a winner. We have not tasted or lab-tested either product.

What is actually different

Vinegar per gummy

Goli lists 500 mg in each gummy. Nature’s Truth lists 500 mg in two. At the same number of gummies, Goli’s label gives twice the stated vinegar. This is a clear example of why the serving size at the top of the panel matters. See per gummy versus per serving.

Neither states acetic acid

Acetic acid is what the vinegar research measured. A tablespoon of liquid vinegar has about 750 mg. Neither label gives a figure, so neither can be matched to a studied dose, and the two cannot be compared on the measure that matters most. A stated weight of “apple cider vinegar” or “vinegar powder” does not tell you its strength. See do ACV gummies do anything.

Vitamin B12

Goli adds B12, and two gummies cover the Daily Value. That is the basis for the energy metabolism wording on its label, and it has value for people whose B12 intake is low. Nature’s Truth lists vinegar only. See B12 gummies: who needs them.

Sugar

Per gummy, the labels show 2 g for Goli and 1.5 g for Nature’s Truth. At the top of each suggested range that is 12 g and 9 g a day.

Which label fits which person

  • You want B12 in the same gummy: Goli’s label.
  • You want vinegar only, with nothing added: Nature’s Truth’s label.
  • You want the most stated vinegar per gummy: Goli’s label.
  • You are limiting sugar: on either, stay at the low end of the range.
  • You want the form and dose used in research: neither. That is diluted liquid vinegar with meals. See ACV gummies vs liquid vinegar.

Who should check with a doctor first

Vinegar can lower blood sugar after meals, so people taking diabetes medication should ask before adding it. People with delayed stomach emptying, low potassium or taking diuretics should also ask. Both labels advise checking with a health care provider if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication. Both products are for adults.
