Goli Beets Cardio Gummies review: 100 mg of CoQ10 and 200 mg of beet, checked
The CoQ10 amount is a real, commonly used dose. The beet extract is small next to the beet juice used in studies, and the label does not state its nitrate content. Low sugar for a gummy: 3 g a day.

Two gummies, once a day. The label already shows the daily amount.
Amounts are per serving of two gummies, and you take one serving a day.
The largest active by reputation is the CoQ10 at 100 mg, an amount many standalone CoQ10 supplements use.
The B12 is 500% of the Daily Value. B12 has no established upper limit, so that is high but not a concern for most people.
Goli Beets Cardio Gummies reviewed the way we review everything: we read the label, do the arithmetic and tell you who it fits. Amounts below come from Goli’s own product page.
What is in it
Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), beet root powder extract (Beta vulgaris, root) and CoQ10, with a gummy base. Goli’s product page lists the active ingredients and nutrition values; check the bottle for the full list of other ingredients.

The CoQ10
Coenzyme Q10 is a compound your cells use in energy production. Supplements usually come in 100 mg or 200 mg, so 100 mg a day in two gummies is a normal dose in a less common format.
The National Institutes of Health notes that CoQ10 has been studied for a range of uses with mixed results, that it is generally well tolerated, and that it can interact with the blood thinner warfarin and with insulin. Goli says the CoQ10 supports cellular energy production. That is the brand’s claim.
The beet
Research on beets and circulation has mostly used beetroot juice, and the ingredient that matters in those studies is dietary nitrate. A 2013 meta-analysis pooled trials of nitrate and beetroot juice, typically delivering a few hundred milligrams of nitrate a day from a glass of juice.
Goli lists 200 mg of beet root powder extract and does not state how much nitrate it contains. Two hundred milligrams of extract cannot be compared with a glass of juice without that number, so we are not going to pretend it can.
The sugar
Three grams a day. Among the gummies we have checked, that is on the low side.
What we did not test
This is a label review. We did not taste the gummies or send them to a lab, and we have no data on how they hold up in heat. Flavor descriptions and benefit claims on this page are the brand’s. If we test anything later, this page will say so, with the date.
Bottom line
If you want CoQ10 and you would rather chew it than swallow a softgel, this delivers a standard amount with little sugar.
The verdict is “depends” because the beet side of the name is hard to verify from the label. Buy it for the CoQ10 and treat the beet as a bonus.
Who it is for. Who should leave it on the shelf.
