Goli Probiotic+ vs Zero Sugar Pre+Post+Probiotics: same actives, 5 g of sugar or 5 g of fiber
Both list Bacillus subtilis DE111 at 10 mg, a 20 mg postbiotic and 50 mg of XOS per three gummies. The original has 5 g of sugar. The zero sugar version has 5 g of fiber and states 1 billion live cells.
Goli’s two probiotic gummies list the same three active ingredients in the same amounts. The difference is in everything around them, and in one line of small print that only the zero sugar panel carries.
Both columns come from the Supplement Facts information on Goli’s own pages, read in October 2026. We earn a commission if you buy either through our links. We have not tasted or lab-tested them.

What is actually different
The live cell count
The zero sugar panel states that the 10 mg of DE111 provides 1 billion live cells at time of expiration, under proper storage. That is the information a probiotic label should give, and it matches the 1 billion a day used in a published trial of DE111.
The page we read for the original gives the same 10 mg without a count. The same weight of the same strain suggests a similar number, but we will not state what the label does not. Check the bottle. See do probiotic gummies survive.
Sugar against fiber
The original has 5 g of sugar and 30 calories per serving. The zero sugar version has no sugar, 15 calories and 5 g of fiber from its base of soluble tapioca fiber and fructooligosaccharides.
That fiber cuts both ways. Fructooligosaccharides are a prebiotic fiber, so the base may contribute more prebiotic than the 50 mg of XOS on the active line. Five grams of added fiber can also cause gas or bloating at first. See prebiotic, probiotic or postbiotic on a label.
What stayed the same
The strain, the postbiotic and the listed prebiotic are identical. Both are vegan, set with pectin and shelf-stable.
Which label fits which person
- You want a stated live cell count before buying: Zero Sugar Pre+Post+Probiotics.
- You are limiting sugar: Zero Sugar Pre+Post+Probiotics.
- Added fiber or fructooligosaccharides give you gas: the original, or start the zero sugar version at one gummy.
- You dislike stevia: the original.
What the evidence supports
Published trials of DE111 in healthy adults found it well tolerated, with one reporting a lower marker of inflammation and digestive measures largely unchanged. For healthy adults, the evidence that a daily probiotic changes how digestion feels is limited. Both products deliver the same strain, so that applies equally.
Who should check with a doctor first
People with a weakened immune system or a serious illness should speak to a doctor before taking any probiotic. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should ask their health care provider. Both products are for adults.

Are the probiotics the same in both?
Both list 10 mg of Bacillus subtilis DE111, 20 mg of postbiotic and 50 mg of XOS per three gummies.
Which states a live cell count?
The zero sugar panel states 1 billion live cells at expiration. The page we read for the original gives milligrams only.
Which has less sugar?
The zero sugar version lists 0 g. The original lists 5 g per serving.
Why does the zero sugar version have 5 g of fiber?
