Goli Women’s Complete Multi vs Vitafusion Women’s: two gummy multivitamins compared
Both are two gummies a day. Goli lists all 13 vitamins. Vitafusion lists more vitamin D, folate and B12 plus some calcium and iodine. Here are the labels side by side.
Goli Women’s Complete Multi and Vitafusion Women’s Daily Multivitamin are both taken as two gummies a day. Beyond that the formulas diverge, and the differences fall on nutrients that matter to many women: folate, vitamin D, calcium and iodine.
Where these numbers come from
The Goli column is from the Supplement Facts information on Goli’s own product page, read in October 2026. The Vitafusion column is from the label record for that product in the National Institutes of Health Dietary Supplement Label Database, entered in June 2023. Manufacturers change formulas, so check the bottle in your hand before relying on either column.
Gummy Verdict earns a commission if you buy Goli through our links and nothing from Vitafusion. That is a reason to be careful, so this page compares what is printed on the two labels and does not name a winner. We have not tasted or lab-tested either product.

What is actually different
Breadth against amount
Goli’s label covers all 13 vitamins plus five minerals, with several at 20 to 50 percent of the Daily Value. Vitafusion’s covers fewer nutrients, leaving out thiamin, riboflavin and vitamin K, and gives larger amounts of the ones it includes. Neither approach is wrong. Which suits you depends on where your own diet falls short.
Folate
Vitafusion lists 400 mcg DFE, the full Daily Value. Goli lists 200 mcg DFE, half. For women who could become pregnant this is the line to look at most closely, since 400 mcg of folic acid a day from supplements or fortified food is advised. Neither product is a prenatal vitamin.
Vitamin D
Vitafusion lists 25 mcg as D3. Goli lists 15 mcg as D2. Both forms raise vitamin D levels, and D3 is generally considered somewhat more effective at maintaining them. D2 is plant-derived, which is why it appears in vegan formulas. See the vitamin D guide.
Calcium and iodine
Vitafusion includes 100 mg of calcium and 40 mcg of iodine. Goli lists neither. The calcium is 8 percent of the Daily Value, so it does not change the need to get calcium from food. Iodine matters more for people who use little iodized salt, dairy or seafood.
What both leave out
Neither contains iron or magnesium, and neither has a meaningful amount of calcium. That is normal for gummy multivitamins. See what a women’s multivitamin gummy leaves out.
Biotin
Both are several times the Daily Value: 225 mcg and 150 mcg. These amounts are far below the 5,000 mcg in hair gummies and are not in the range known to affect blood tests. See do biotin gummies help hair.
