Amounts are from the Supplement Facts image on goli.com, checked October 2026. Per-day amounts are our arithmetic at the suggested use.

Two servings a day doubles the panel.

The Supplement Facts panel is written for a serving of two gummies. The suggested use is two gummies, twice a day, so you take two servings.

That makes 100 mg of nicotinamide riboside a day, with 20 mg of niacinamide and 60 mg of vitamin C.

The panel lists 30 servings per container. At two servings a day, one bottle lasts about 15 days.

Goli Renew NAD+ Gummies reviewed the way we review everything: we read the label, do the arithmetic and tell you who it fits. Amounts below come from the Supplement Facts panel Goli publishes.

What is in it

Nicotinamide riboside chloride, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and vitamin B3 (niacinamide). Other ingredients: tapioca syrup, cane sugar, water, pectin, natural flavors, citric acid, sodium citrate, modified food starch, fruit and vegetable juice for color, and malic acid.

NAD+ and nicotinamide riboside, briefly

NAD+ is a molecule every cell uses to turn food into energy. Levels decline with age, which is why supplements built around it have become popular. You cannot usefully swallow NAD+ itself, so products use precursors: compounds the body converts into NAD+. Nicotinamide riboside, or NR, is one of them. Niacinamide, the vitamin B3 in this gummy, is another.

Goli says the gummies help support cellular energy production, metabolism and healthy aging. Those are the brand’s claims.

How the dose compares with the research

A 2019 trial gave healthy overweight adults 100 mg, 300 mg or 1,000 mg of NR a day for eight weeks. All three doses raised NAD+ in the blood, and the rise grew with the dose. A 2018 trial in middle-aged and older adults used 1,000 mg a day.

So 100 mg a day is a studied amount. It is also the smallest one. If you have read about NR research and its results, most of that work used three to ten times more than these gummies provide.

One thing the studies measured and one thing they did not: they showed that NR raises NAD+ levels in blood. Whether that changes how people feel or age is still being researched.

The sugar and the bottle size

Eight grams of added sugar a day, the same as Goli’s original ashwagandha gummy. And because the suggested use is two servings a day, a 30-serving bottle covers about 15 days. Factor that in when you look at the price.

What we did not test

This is a label review. We did not taste the gummies or send them to a lab, and we have no data on how they hold up in heat. Flavor descriptions and benefit claims on this page are the brand’s. If we test anything later, this page will say so, with the date.

Bottom line

The label is clear and the ingredient is the real, studied form of nicotinamide riboside.

The verdict is “depends” because the daily amount sits at the bottom of the studied range and comes with 8 g of sugar. It suits someone who wants to try a low dose in a gummy. If you want the amounts most trials used, capsules are the practical route.

Who it is for. Who should leave it on the shelf.

Worth it if

  • You are curious about nicotinamide riboside and want to start at a low amount.
  • You will not swallow capsules.
  • 8 g of added sugar a day fits your diet.
  • You want a vegan, gelatin-free gummy.

Skip if

  • You want the 300 mg to 1,000 mg a day used in most nicotinamide riboside research. Capsules get you there.
  • You are limiting added sugar.
  • You are being treated for cancer or take prescription medication. Ask your doctor before taking NAD+ precursors.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your health care provider before taking this.
  • You are under 18. This site reviews supplements for adults only.
