Goli Superfruits Beauty Gummies review: the vitamin A, C and E behind the name
This is an antioxidant vitamin gummy: A, C and E in solid amounts. It contains no collagen; Goli's collagen claim refers to vitamin C. The daily vitamin A is 1,000 mcg of the preformed kind, which matters if you are pregnant or take other vitamin A.

Amounts are from goli.com, checked October 2026. Per-day amounts are our arithmetic at the suggested use.
Four gummies a day turns 250 mcg of vitamin A into 1,000.
Goli lists amounts per gummy and suggests two gummies, twice a day.
That makes the daily totals 1,000 mcg of vitamin A (111% of the Daily Value), 360 mg of vitamin C (400%) and 20 mg of vitamin E (133%).
The vitamin A is retinyl palmitate, the preformed kind. The upper limit for adults is 3,000 mcg a day from all sources.
Goli Superfruits Beauty Gummies reviewed the way we review everything: we read the label, do the arithmetic and tell you who it fits. Amounts below come from Goli’s own product page.
What is in it
Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate), vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), zinc (as zinc citrate), a superfruits blend (acai berry, acerola berry, amla berry, pomegranate, goji berry, banana, apple, strawberry) and bamboo shoot extract (70% silica), with a gummy base.
| Per gummy | Amount | Per day, as directed |
|---|---|---|
| Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) | 250 mcg | 1,000 mcg |
| Vitamin C | 90 mg | 360 mg |
| Vitamin E | 5 mg | 20 mg |

What “collagen formation” means here
Your body needs vitamin C to make collagen. That is established nutrition science, and it is the basis for Goli’s claim that the gummies promote collagen formation. The gummy itself contains no collagen.
If you are comparing this with collagen peptide powders, they are different products. This one supplies vitamins your body uses; those supply collagen protein.
The vitamin A deserves attention
At four gummies you take 1,000 mcg of preformed vitamin A a day. On its own that is fine for most adults: the upper limit is 3,000 mcg.
It matters in two situations. The NIH warns that high intakes of preformed vitamin A during pregnancy can cause birth defects, so pregnant women should not add vitamin A supplements without medical advice. And if you already take a multivitamin, cod liver oil or a prescription retinoid, your total can climb quickly.
The fruit blend and the sugar
Four hundred milligrams of fruit blend a day is less than half a gram, spread across eight fruits. It gives the product its name and flavor. The vitamins do the work on the label.
Sugar is 2 g per gummy, 8 g a day.
What we did not test
This is a label review. We did not taste the gummies or send them to a lab, and we have no data on how they hold up in heat. Flavor descriptions and benefit claims on this page are the brand’s. If we test anything later, this page will say so, with the date.
Bottom line
Read as a vitamin A, C and E gummy, the amounts are solid and clearly stated.
The verdict is “depends” because of the preformed vitamin A and the 8 g of sugar. It is a fit if you are not pregnant, do not take other vitamin A, and understand it is not a collagen supplement.
