Goli Supergreens Gummies review: how much green is in a greens gummy
It works as a B-vitamin gummy with a little iron. As a source of greens it is small: about half a gram of blend a day, where a scoop of greens powder is several grams. At 10 g a day it has the most sugar of the Goli gummies we have checked.

Four gummies a day: 510 mg of greens and 10 g of sugar.
Goli lists amounts per gummy and suggests two gummies, twice a day.
The daily greens blend is 510 mg, about half a gram, shared between 12 ingredients.
The daily sugar is 10 g. That is the number to weigh against the half gram of greens.
Goli Supergreens Gummies reviewed the way we review everything: we read the label, do the arithmetic and tell you who it fits. Amounts below come from Goli’s own product page.
What is in it
Vitamin A, thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, iron, magnesium, zinc, and a supergreens and probiotics blend (artichoke leaf extract, spirulina, Bacillus subtilis, aloe vera, kale, moringa leaf, broccoli, barley grass, chlorella, parsley, spinach, celery). Other ingredients: cane sugar, tapioca syrup, water, pectin, natural flavor, malic acid, citric acid, sodium citrate dihydrate, sunflower lecithin and d-alpha tocopheryl acetate.
| Per gummy | Amount | Per day, as directed |
|---|---|---|
| Supergreens and probiotics blend | 127.5 mg | 510 mg |
| Vitamin B12 | 18 mcg | 72 mcg |
| Iron (as ferrous fumarate) | 1.41 mg | 5.64 mg |

Half a gram of greens, in context
A serving of fresh spinach is about 85 g. A typical scoop of greens powder is 5 g to 12 g. Four of these gummies contain 0.51 g of blend, and that blend includes the probiotic and aloe as well as the vegetables.
A gummy has physical limits. Most of its weight has to be the gel and the sweetener, which leaves little room for bulky plant powder. This is true of greens gummies in general, not only this one.
What the vitamins add up to
At four gummies a day: 72 mcg of vitamin B12, which is 3,000% of the Daily Value, with no established upper limit. Iron comes to 5.64 mg, about 31% of the Daily Value. Vitamin A is 452 mcg, about half. Folate, zinc and magnesium are present in small amounts.
So the label reads more like a light B-complex with iron than a greens product. Goli says the gummies support digestive health, immune health and overall health. Those are the brand’s claims.
The sugar
Ten grams a day, from cane sugar and tapioca syrup. That is roughly 40% of the 25 g the American Heart Association suggests as a daily limit for women.
What we did not test
This is a label review. We did not taste the gummies or send them to a lab, and we have no data on how they hold up in heat. Flavor descriptions and benefit claims on this page are the brand’s. If we test anything later, this page will say so, with the date.
Bottom line
If you want an easy way to top up B12 and a little iron, and you like the idea of a greens-flavored gummy, the label is clear about what you get.
The verdict is “depends” because it cannot stand in for vegetables or a greens powder, and it carries 10 g of sugar a day. Buy it for the vitamins, not for the greens.
