Goli Triple Action Immune Gummies review: vitamin C, D and zinc without the megadose
The three nutrients Goli builds its claims on are all present at or near 100% of the Daily Value, not at ten times it. Two gummies a day, 5 g of sugar. A straightforward everyday formula.

Two gummies a day lands close to 100% of each Daily Value.
Goli lists amounts per gummy and recommends two a day.
That gives 120 mg of vitamin C, 20 mcg of vitamin D and 7.5 mg of zinc. The Daily Values are 90 mg, 20 mcg and 11 mg.
Nothing here is close to an upper limit on its own. The limits for adults are 2,000 mg for vitamin C, 100 mcg for vitamin D and 40 mg for zinc.
Goli Triple Action Immune Gummies reviewed the way we review everything: we read the label, do the arithmetic and tell you who it fits. Amounts below come from Goli’s own product page.
What is in it
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), vitamin D (as ergocalciferol), zinc (as zinc citrate), black elderberry extract, and a botanical blend of turmeric powder, ginger extract and echinacea extract. Other ingredients: tapioca syrup, cane sugar, water, pectin, natural flavors, sodium citrate, malic acid and citric acid.
| Per gummy | Amount | Per day, as directed |
|---|---|---|
| Vitamin C | 60 mg | 120 mg |
| Vitamin D (ergocalciferol) | 10 mcg | 20 mcg |
| Zinc (as citrate) | 3.75 mg | 7.5 mg |
| Black elderberry extract | 35 mg | 70 mg |
| Total sugars | 2.5 g | 5 g |
Why moderate doses are a point in its favor
Immune products often compete on big numbers: 1,000 mg of vitamin C, 50 mg of zinc. Your body does not use vitamin C beyond what it needs, and long-term zinc above 40 mg a day can interfere with copper absorption.
This formula stays near the Daily Value for all three. The NIH describes vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc as nutrients the immune system needs to work normally, and that is the basis for Goli’s claim that the gummies support a healthy immune system.
The elderberry and the botanical blend
Seventy milligrams of elderberry extract a day is a modest amount. The NIH says some studies suggest elderberry may help with cold and flu symptoms, and that the evidence is limited.
Turmeric, ginger and echinacea share 15 mg per gummy between them, so each is present in a very small amount. We would not buy this product for those three.
The sugar
Two and a half grams per gummy, 5 g a day. Reasonable for a once-daily gummy.
What we did not test
This is a label review. We did not taste the gummies or send them to a lab, and we have no data on how they hold up in heat. Flavor descriptions and benefit claims on this page are the brand’s. If we test anything later, this page will say so, with the date.
Bottom line
The label matches the name: three nutrients, sensible amounts, one serving a day.
That earns a “worth it” for adults who want a simple daily C, D and zinc gummy. The one thing to check is what else you take, because vitamin D and zinc show up in many multivitamins.
Who it is for. Who should leave it on the shelf.
Worth it if
- You want vitamin C, D and zinc near 100% of the Daily Value, not megadoses.
- You want one small serving a day.
- You do not already take a multivitamin with D and zinc.
- You want a vegan, gelatin-free gummy.
Skip if
- You already take a multivitamin or separate vitamin D and zinc. Add up the totals first.
- You take immunosuppressant medication. The formula includes echinacea, so ask your doctor.
- You are allergic to plants in the daisy family. Echinacea can trigger reactions.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your health care provider before taking this.
- You are under 18. This site reviews supplements for adults only.
This is not medical advice. Check with your health care provider before starting any supplement.
