Goli Women’s Complete Multi vs SmartyPants Women’s Multi & Omegas: 2 gummies or 6

Goli's serving is two gummies with all 13 vitamins. SmartyPants' is six gummies with fish oil, iodine and more vitamin D and folate. Here are the labels side by side.

These two women’s multivitamin gummies ask for different commitments. Goli’s serving is two gummies. SmartyPants’ is six, and those six carry fish oil along with the vitamins. The comparison is partly about nutrients and partly about how many gummies you are willing to eat.

Where these numbers come from

The Goli column is from the Supplement Facts information on Goli’s own product page, read in October 2026. The SmartyPants column is from the label record for that product in the National Institutes of Health Dietary Supplement Label Database, entered in April 2025. Manufacturers change formulas, so check the bottle in your hand before relying on either column.

Gummy Verdict earns a commission if you buy Goli through our links and nothing from SmartyPants. That is a reason to be careful, so this page compares what is printed on the two labels and does not name a winner. We have not tasted or lab-tested either product.

What is actually different

Six gummies against two

SmartyPants fits more into its serving because the serving is three times larger. That brings 6 g of sugars and 40 calories a day, against 4 g for Goli’s two. It also means a bottle is used up faster. If you are someone who will not reliably eat six gummies every day, the label’s amounts are not what you will get.

Fish oil

SmartyPants includes 510 mg of fish oil, giving 126 mg of EPA and DHA. That is a modest amount. Two servings of oily fish a week supply an average of roughly 250 mg to 500 mg a day. It is still more than most multivitamins offer, and it is the reason the product is not vegetarian. Goli’s formula is vegan and contains no omega-3.

Vitamin D

SmartyPants lists 50 mcg, which is 2,000 IU and half of the adult upper limit of 100 mcg. Goli lists 15 mcg. If you take other products containing vitamin D, the SmartyPants amount needs counting. See taking several gummies in one day and the vitamin D guide.

Folate and iodine

SmartyPants lists the full Daily Value of both: 400 mcg DFE of folate, as methylfolate, and 150 mcg of iodine. Goli lists half the Daily Value of folate and no iodine. For women who could become pregnant, folate is the line to check. Neither product is a prenatal vitamin.

Breadth

Goli lists all 13 vitamins plus zinc, selenium, copper, manganese and chromium. SmartyPants’ label record does not list copper or manganese, and includes selenium and chromium at about a fifth to a quarter of the Daily Value.

What both leave out

Neither lists iron, calcium or magnesium. See what a women’s multivitamin gummy leaves out.

Which label fits which person

  • You want the fewest gummies and the least sugar: Goli’s label.
  • You are vegan or vegetarian, or allergic to fish: Goli’s label.
  • You want omega-3, iodine and the full Daily Value of folate in one product: SmartyPants’ label.
  • You already take vitamin D separately: Goli’s lower amount is easier to combine.
  • You eat oily fish twice a week: the fish oil adds little for you.

Who should check with a doctor first

People taking blood thinners should ask before adding fish oil or vitamin K. If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, ask your health care provider which supplement to take. Both products are for adults. Whether you need a multivitamin at all is covered in do you need a multivitamin gummy.
