Goli Zero Sugar Pre+Post+Probiotics review: 1 billion live cells, stated through expiration
This label does the three things a probiotic label should: it names the strain, gives a live cell count and guarantees it at expiration. One billion matches the amount used in published DE111 trials. No sugar, 5 g of fiber.

Three gummies, 1 billion live cells, no sugar.
The panel is written per serving of three gummies. The page we read gives the serving size and not a daily number of servings. Follow the directions on your bottle.
The probiotic line states 1 billion live cells at time of expiration. That is the wording to look for on any probiotic.
The serving has 5 g of fiber, 18% of the Daily Value, and 15 calories.
Goli Zero Sugar Pre+Post+Probiotics Gummies reviewed the way we review everything: we read the label, do the arithmetic and tell you who it fits. Amounts below come from the Supplement Facts panel on Goli’s own page for the product.
What is in it
Bacillus subtilis DE111, a postbiotic made from heat-treated Lactobacillus paracasei MCC 1849, and xylooligosaccharides. Other ingredients: soluble tapioca fiber, fructooligosaccharides, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavors, sodium citrate, malic acid, fruit and vegetable juice for color and stevia extract.

The probiotic, with a count
A probiotic has to be alive, in an adequate amount, when you take it. Research reports amounts as live cell counts. This panel gives one: 1 billion live cells of Bacillus subtilis DE111, guaranteed at expiration under proper storage.
That matches the research. A 12-week trial of DE111 in college athletes used 1 billion a day. DE111 is a spore-forming strain, which is why it can survive in a gummy at room temperature.
What the trials found is modest. In healthy adults DE111 was well tolerated, one trial reported a lower marker of inflammation, and overall digestive measures were largely unchanged. A correct dose of a studied strain is the most a label can offer. It is not a promise of a result.
The postbiotic and the prebiotic
The postbiotic is a heat-treated strain of Lactobacillus paracasei, named with its code. It is not alive and is not meant to be. The listed prebiotic is 50 mg of xylooligosaccharides, which is below the gram amounts used in prebiotic studies.
Where the real prebiotic may be
The gummy base is soluble tapioca fiber and fructooligosaccharides, and the serving has 5 g of fiber. Fructooligosaccharides are themselves a prebiotic fiber. The label does not say how much of the 5 g they make up, so we cannot put a number on it, but the fiber in the base is far larger than the 50 mg of XOS on the active line.
Five grams of added fiber can cause gas or bloating at first, particularly from fructooligosaccharides. Starting with one or two gummies is reasonable.
Zero sugar
Goli’s original Probiotic+ lists 5 g of sugar per serving. This version lists none and is sweetened with stevia. Goli states that it uses no sugar alcohols.
What we did not test
This is a label review. We did not taste the gummies or send them to a lab, and we have no data on how they hold up in heat. Flavor descriptions and benefit claims on this page are the brand’s. If we test anything later, this page will say so, with the date.
Bottom line
Among probiotic gummies this is a strong label: named strain, live cell count, guaranteed through expiration, no sugar and a meaningful amount of fiber.
The verdict is “worth it” as a label. Whether a daily probiotic is worth taking is a separate question, and for healthy adults the evidence is limited. If you have decided you want one, this gives you the numbers to check.
Who it is for. Who should leave it on the shelf.
Worth it if
- You want a probiotic with a stated live cell count through expiration.
- You want no sugar.
- You want extra fiber in the same gummy.
- You want a vegan, gelatin-free gummy that needs no refrigeration.
Skip if
- You have a weakened immune system or a serious illness. The NIH advises talking to a doctor before taking any probiotic.
- Added fiber or fructooligosaccharides give you gas or bloating.
- A doctor recommended a different specific strain. Buy that one.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your health care provider before taking this.
- You are under 18. This site reviews supplements for adults only.
