Goli Women’s Complete Multi Gummies review: 18 nutrients, and what is not on the list

Depends

All 13 vitamins are there, and the low sugar is a plus. Most amounts are a partial share of the Daily Value, and the formula has no iron, calcium, magnesium or iodine. A reasonable top-up, not full coverage.

What the front says. What the label answers.

The left column is the brand's own wording. The right column is what we found when we turned the bottle around.

The front says The label says
"Complete" All 13 essential vitamins plus zinc, selenium, copper, manganese and chromium: 18 nutrients.
"Biotin for hair, skin and nails" 112.5 mcg of biotin per gummy, 225 mcg a day. That is 750% of the Daily Value.
"Vitamin D for strong bones" 7.5 mcg per gummy, 15 mcg a day, which is 75% of the Daily Value. There is no calcium.
"B12 and folic acid" 2.4 mcg of B12 a day (100% DV) and 200 mcg DFE of folate (50% DV).

Amounts are from goli.com, checked October 2026. Per-day amounts are our arithmetic at the suggested use.

Two gummies a day, and most lines land between 20% and 100%.

Goli lists amounts per gummy and suggests two gummies once a day.

Daily totals include 100% of the Daily Value for B12, 75% for vitamin D, 50% for folate and vitamin A, and about 20% for vitamins C and E.

Sugar is 4 g a day, which is low for a multivitamin gummy.

Goli Women’s Complete Multi Gummies reviewed the way we review everything: we read the label, do the arithmetic and tell you who it fits. Amounts below come from Goli’s own product page.

What is in it

Vitamins A, C, D2, E, K1, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid, with zinc, selenium, copper, manganese and chromium. Other ingredients: cane sugar, tapioca syrup, water, pectin, natural flavors, malic acid, citric acid, fruit and vegetable juice for color, and sodium citrate.

Vitamin D2 7.5 mcg 15 mcg

What “complete” covers

Goli’s wording is that the gummies offer the complete spectrum of all 13 essential vitamins, as well as key minerals. That is accurate: every vitamin is on the list.

“Complete” describes the list, not the amounts. At two gummies you get 18 mg of vitamin C against a Daily Value of 90 mg, and 3 mg of vitamin E against 15 mg. A multivitamin is meant to fill gaps, so partial amounts are normal, but it helps to know which ones are partial.

What is not in it

There is no iron, no calcium, no magnesium and no iodine. For many women these are the nutrients a multivitamin is bought for. Iron in particular is left out of most gummies, partly because of taste and partly because iron is dangerous to small children who mistake gummies for candy.

If your doctor has told you to take iron or calcium, this gummy does not replace that. The NIH notes that multivitamins vary widely and that needs differ by age and life stage.

Folate and pregnancy

Two gummies supply 200 mcg DFE of folate, from 120 mcg of folic acid. Health authorities recommend 400 mcg of folic acid a day for women who could become pregnant. This is not a prenatal vitamin and does not reach that amount.

What we did not test

This is a label review. We did not taste the gummies or send them to a lab, and we have no data on how they hold up in heat. Flavor descriptions and benefit claims on this page are the brand’s. If we test anything later, this page will say so, with the date.

Bottom line

As a light daily multivitamin with little sugar, it does what the label says: a bit of everything in the vitamin column.

The verdict is “depends” because of what is missing. It suits women who eat a varied diet and want a top-up. It does not suit anyone who needs iron, calcium or a prenatal.

Who it is for. Who should leave it on the shelf.

Worth it if

  • You eat a varied diet and want a light vitamin top-up.
  • You want a multivitamin gummy with low sugar: 4 g a day.
  • You get iron and calcium from food or other supplements.
  • You want a vegan, gelatin-free gummy.

Skip if

  • You need iron or calcium. This contains neither.
  • You are pregnant or trying to conceive. You need a prenatal with 400 mcg of folic acid.
  • You are due for blood tests. High-dose biotin can interfere with some lab results, so tell your doctor you take it.
  • You take warfarin. The gummy contains vitamin K, so ask your doctor.
  • You are under 18. This site reviews supplements for adults only.
